We co-ordinate a range of sporting activities including Football League, Training Sessions, Indoor Tennis, Indoor Contact Rugby and Indoor Hockey which in turn promotes a fit and active lifestyle for the youth of today. We strongly believe that these sessions encourage young people to improve physical fitness, increase confidence through learning skills whilst allowing them to discover their competitive nature.

Unfortunately childhood obesity is proving to be a growing concern within the United Kingdom, our activities give young people enjoyment from sport and exercise which improves cardiovascular fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Research has shown that physical activity in young people is more important than ever with the added advantage that it can relieve stress which unfortunately some young people do suffer from.

More Importantly exercise improves health and studies show that a fit child is more likely to be mentally astute, relaxed and confident. Tests have shown that even moderate physical activity improves a child’s skill towards reading, arithmetic and memory ability.
